In problematic applications, Debyl Limited’s trained, and experienced service engineers will carefully evaluate the condition of components on various types and makes of reciprocating compressors and provide an optimal solution. Trained Debyl engineers are prepared to offer indepth guidance on products redesign and upgrades for: Reciprocating compressor valves and actuators, packing cases, piston and piston rings.

With our reconditioning services,
• You do not have to throw away used valves, packing cases, piston, and piston rods anymore.
• You can save up to 50% of the cost of procuring a new valve, and
• You still get 100% efficiency in performance.

For now, repair kits are manufactured by/in CPI, France, and are shipped to us in the shortest lead time. The rest of the reconditioning work is done in Port Harcourt, within the shortest possible time frame.

Depending on clients’ needs and application, we also offer upgrade in the materials for these repair kits.
